I have another important question, I like to visualize the Demon (basedon the JoS descriptions) INSTEAD of their sigil, is that as effective or they still can't hear me?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. I'm not talking about Belial, I'm reffering to the Goddess Haures. I need Her to murder someone for me, but I want to know how you communiate with Her.

Now was always a good time for everything. If you push it for tomorow then chances are you'll never do it.

This would take way too much time for people to join. It is better if you just make it an open place without regulations and such then afterwards try popularzing it from time to time.
