Also, I believe I'm starting to open my 3rd Eye. I'm starting to feel a pressure in the center of my head above my eyes like where it should be.  It's a little unpleasant. It reminds me of a headache but it's different, if that makes sense. Is this normal? How long do I need to do the excercises...
