When connecting the base to the crown do I pass the "ball" from me crown to my base back and forth? Or do I imagine a stream of energy from the perineum going up and down from my base to me crown back and forth? So is the energy going to be in the form of a BALL or STREAM (line)?

How do you use these....the site is frozen on the jos website.....I need more knowledge about these "Runes"

How dose one simply pray to father? Can I just talk to him in my mind? For example if I pray to him for protection, do I just talk in my mind?

I read on the page where it says that this meditation takes you to higher dimensions and higher levels. Now can someone explain this to me? What exactly dose this mean? 

What if I'm doing the chakra spinning meditation....do I still visualize it spinning inside of my head?

Those that are without? Who dose that refer to? The undedicated? 

Are the chakras to be visualized as cones with a point? Or 3D pyramids? 

When aligning the CROWN chakra, do I visualize it penetrating the top of my head? Or do I just visualize it as a pyramid on top of my head and the tip of it TOUCHING the top of my head?( without being inserted inside the top of my head) 

I'm no high priest, but I do know one thing. Feeling worthless is definitely not going to help. Love yourself, and what exactly did you do wrong? 

 on the complete yogic breath exhale, do I just exhale completely without stop until out of breath? Or am I suppose to release the air from the lower, then the middle, then the upper?
