I rarely share this around, but since you brought this up, I was in a state of induced clinical death during the open-heart surgery procedure. Not induced coma but death by cooling the body to the 16°C, draining the blood out of it, keeping it that way for 35 minutes during the actual procedure...

Since I'm a bit of a tech freak, I would also point out one other crutch that can even become dangerous and that is audio. Do not use the pre-recorded and most likely edited meditative audio tracks for any other purpose but as a template to learn how to make or what a.e. the vibrating should...
