Thanks my darling, I'm feeling much better today, it really looks like the thing I was supposed to do is to have patience and continue with my cleaning ,and, of course i decided with doing morning and evening instead of just evening the cleaning

im currently doing 30 surya in the aura ,inspiring energy in from all the sides and on the exale vibrating surya and simultaneously expand the light from within on the outside ,at the end of the vibrations i do the sweeping aura cleaning . The same cleaning above I do with the 6th chakra...
