I would say work on your 3 Ps- patience, persistence, practice. As for attempted summoning to help clear any doubt, I'm not sure, but it's possible you wouldn't be able to sense them if you're not open enough yet.

I would say get a small plastic sleeve for it, similar to what they use for trading cards, so you could hide it in your wallet if needed, or inside your mattress or whatever you sleep on without it getting too damaged. But as for a proper way to get rid of it I do not know of one. Hail Satan!
