I've been doing nothing but working on the third eye (Im not sure if i suppose to switch it up or what in one go each day seperately). The other day I actually managed to get a flash of white or something. I knew it wasn't any light source because the room was dark.

Hello fellow Satanists! I was reading through the third eye power mediation on the site, but i only have one question it didn't amswer. How long should i do each meditation? I like to make sure im doing everything right. I normally do 30 minute mediations. Is that good?

I'm not as knowledgeable as the others, but all I can say is that you have be cautious about what you do. Don't just go willy nilly. Do power meditations, calm yourself, and just try to stay out of trouble the best you can. I'm sure the others can explain more in-depth though
