What do the red and blue lines mean when reading the chart? Are they there for show or do they actually have any meaning?

As you progress further into the meditations, everything about you and who you are begins to show. Any forms of damage, whether physical, mental, and/or spiritual will begin to slowly heal. Just keep doing the meditations.
