In my meditation routine I have a lot of vibrating, but after 108 reps of a mantra or rune my throat starts being very dry and hurts and gets me a horrible voice (as if I shouted and lost my voice) this has been going on for a lot.. How can I fight this shit? oil pulling doesent work and...

While doing the basic spinal set, at the first exercise, my spleen started hurting a lot. This is the reason I quit doing those exercises. Why does it hurt? The pain is just there.
