What are signs that your GD has changed?

That's new to me. I've studied the site a lot but it never talked about that. Like on the chakra tuning, opening the soul and full chakra meditation pages all it says to do is vibrate the mantra into the chakra. I thought the chakras only do good for us. Doesn't cleaning chakras remove...
