I am now addicted to energy. i opened 2 chakras tonight and then meditated on my third eye/crown for a bit. and i have never felt so much raw power in my life. i dont know if it was quite healthy because i have a slight headache. but its now safe to say that im an energy junky now.

i know the pendulum is something we can use to help along our psychic abilities. but what other things can we use?
